- Is BeFree really free?
- Yes. The core app is free, with no ads. An optional Plus tier adds richer coaching, but you never need it to use BeFree.
- Is my data private?
- Your check-ins, chats, streak, and blocking rules stay on your device by default. We never sell your data or use it for advertising. See the Privacy Policy for the full detail.
- Is BeFree treatment or medical advice?
- No. BeFree is a supportive tool, not medical treatment, and it doesn't give clinical advice. If you need care, please reach out to a qualified professional.
- Which phones does it support?
- BeFree is coming to Android first (Google Play), with iOS planned later.
